CFB Borden Citizen has been our Military community Newspaper since 1948.  Recently, we've changed to CFB Borden Bugler.

 

CFB Borden is now home to the newly redesigned Borden Bugler, the digital successor to the former Borden Citizen. Rolled out in June 2024, this monthly e-edition is delivered directly to the base community—including over 17,000 students passing through annually, plus 4,000 permanent members and their families year-round. Altogether, about one-third of Canada’s Armed Forces receive training at Borden, making this e-publication a robust digital channel for reaching a concentrated, highly engaged military audience.

Since its relaunch, the Borden Bugler has positioned itself as the primary digital news hub for CFB Borden, offering coverage of base news, achievements, training updates, well-being articles, and community events. It also resonates emotionally through storytelling that highlights camaraderie, heritage, and service.
